At Neff Elementary, we enter the 2025–2026 school year united by our theme: Rooted in Respect, Growing in Greatness. This theme reflects our unwavering commitment to nurturing a school culture built on respect, empathy, and excellence—where every student is empowered to grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Goals for the 2025–2026 School Year

  1. Foster a Culture of Respect and Belonging
    We will continue to build a positive, inclusive environment where all students, staff, and families feel seen, valued, and respected. Rooted in mutual respect, we will strengthen relationships and promote a safe and supportive school climate.

  2. Increase Student Achievement Across All Content Areas
    With a focus on data-driven instruction, targeted interventions, and enrichment opportunities, we will support academic growth and close achievement gaps for all student groups.

  3. Support the Whole Child
    We will prioritize social and emotional learning by integrating SEL practices into daily instruction, offering resources for mental well-being, and ensuring students have the tools they need to thrive emotionally and socially.
