Principal's Message

Dear Neff Families and Students,

Welcome to a brand-new school year at Neff Elementary! As we begin our second year of NES together, I am filled with pride for all that we accomplished in our first year—from academic progress to the strong sense of community we’ve built. The roots we planted last year have taken hold, and now it’s time to help them grow even deeper.

This year, our theme is “Rooted in Respect, Growing in Greatness.” Respect is the foundation of everything we do—how we treat one another, how we learn, and how we grow. When we lead with respect, greatness follows. This theme will guide our work in two important areas: increasing student achievement and building an even stronger school community.

At Neff, we believe every child can succeed. This year, we’re committed to helping our students reach their full academic potential through high-quality instruction, personalized support, and enrichment opportunities. We will continue to focus on reading, writing, and math growth while also supporting our students’ social and emotional development. When students feel respected, supported, and challenged, they thrive.

We also know that strong schools are built on strong relationships. That’s why we’re prioritizing connection—with families, students, and one another. Whether it’s through family nights, community events, or everyday conversations, we want Neff to be a place where everyone feels welcome and valued. When schools and families work together, students succeed.

To our returning families—thank you for your continued partnership and support. To our new families—welcome to the Neff community! We’re excited to have you with us and look forward to learning and growing together.

We know that growth doesn’t always come easy. It takes time, effort, and sometimes a little discomfort. But we also know that it’s worth it. Our students are watching and learning from everything we do, and with your help, we’ll continue to set an example of unity, perseverance, and purpose.
